STM Associates has been retained by an industrial minerals mining company to find a Finance Manager for their office located in Winnemucca, NV. This is a high-impact role with a mission-driven company at the forefront of U.S. critical minerals and energy transition.
What you’ll do:
- Act as key finance partner to the Site General Manager
- Lead FP&A, site reporting, and operational financial insights
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory, and capital project evaluation
- Maintain SOX controls and strong financial governance
- Lead and develop the site finance team
- Partner across operations to drive performance and decision-making
What they’re looking for:
- CPA + Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- 7+ years progressive finance experience in industrial, mining, chemical, or manufacturing
- Prior site-level leadership (Plant/Mine Controller or similar)
- Strong FP&A, cost accounting, and operational finance background
- Proven ability to partner with operations and lead teams
