We’re looking for an experienced Site Accounting Manager to lead all accounting functions at a large-scale mining operation in northern Nevada. This is a visible, hands-on role partnering directly with site leadership and Corporate Accounting.
- Own site-level accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Lead AP, payroll support, reconciliations, audits, and compliance
- Serve as the primary financial partner to the mine’s senior leadership
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong month-end close and cost analysis background
- Mining or industrial accounting experience preferred
